Sorry to say that, but you need negative perk + 30 roguery to get 50% or even less as from caravan. It should be same or even more (since it requires right perks). It's simple to fix. Just change formula to: 2% + 2% per 100 roguery of main character. Could also add roguery of companion and reduce main character influence.
